Ana started at Gem Agency as a CSR in 2022.  She has over 3 years of customer service experience. Since working at Gem Ana has obtained her license in the Fall of 2022. She prides her self on personable care for each client and helping them with their needs.  In her free time she enjoys going to the lake, running, snowmobile and motorcycling.  You may also recognize her dog Bentlee who is our office mascot.
