Emily started at Gem Agency in 2021 shortly after moving back to New York from Nevada. She is a 2020 graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and obtained her insurance license in 2021. Having worked in customer service since she was 15, Emily strives to give every customer that visits or calls Gem Agency a welcoming and personalized experience. When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband & 2 dogs as well as reading.
