Gem Agency in Clinton NY is hiring for a full time, in person, customer service representative. We are growing our team and looking for a professional, friendly, patient and kind representative to work with our customers daily.

The office is family owned and strives to be a calm comfortable space for both employees and customers with an open office layout. Position includes direct customer-facing support both in office and by phone.

Must be able to multitask and remain organized. You will be a first point of contact for customers to assist them with their insurance needs and direct them to the appropriate office personnel.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting customers with insurance policies
  • Help with keeping the office running smoothly

Career advancement is available. Office hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. Paid holidays and vacation, 4% matching 401K after 6 months of employment, health insurance available.
